My book this week is : The Stars Are Legion by Kameron Hurley. I haven’t read this author yet but this book sounds amazing and could be the perfect starting place!

“Waiting On Wednesday” is a weekly meme hosted by Breaking the Spine. Every Wednesday we get to highlight a book that we’re really looking forward to. My book this week is : Unearthed by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner. Basically, I’m being a bit premature with this one as it doesn’t seem to have it’s final cover yet and the publication date isn’t set but I was so happy when I read about this one that I had to feature it. Patience is not a virtue that I seem to possess.
Jules Addison and Amelia Radcliffe join forces in a tomb-raiding race on a newly discovered planet to unravel the secrets of an ancient, long-extinct civilization — only to uncover a revelation that could spell the end of the human race.

“Waiting On Wednesday” is a weekly meme hosted by Breaking the Spine. Every Wednesday we get to highlight a book that we’re really looking forward to. My book this week is : Avengers of the Moon by Allen Steele. It simply must be fated for me to read this book (of course true scientific minds don’t believe in fate). But, ignoring the logical and moving swiftly on, I just read a lovely review of a short story by this author over on Space and Sorcery and so decided to go and check out his other works and boom! I found this – serendipity eh!

“Waiting On Wednesday” is a weekly meme hosted by Breaking the Spine. Every Wednesday we get to highlight a book that we’re really looking forward to. My book this week is : A Closed and Common Orbit by Becky Chambers – now, you may be wondering what I’m doing highlighting this book for a WoW when in actual fact it was released a few days ago. Well, three fold, firstly, I’m still waiting on it so there’s that (okay, that’s a very skimpy excuse because I just haven’t ‘one clicked’ yet! but, even so), secondly, yesterday saw the start of SciFi Month 2016 which I’ve signed up for and am highlighting all things sci fi as much as possible; and thirdly, there’s a readalong planned for this book with a few other mighty swell bloggers – due to take place in December I’ll post further details as soon as the schedule is posted.
