Countdown to 2025: Day 2 – Shopping – the last book added to your wishlist

Once again I am counting down to the New Year, as with the previous two years I shall be highlighting at least one book per day to fit the prompt on that given day.  The main aim for this countdown is to highlight some of my reads during the past year and to shine the spotlight on them once again (although some of the prompts relate to forthcoming reads). Today is day 2 of the countdown to 2025 and a list of prompts can be found here if you wish to join me in counting down to 2025 and casting a spotlight on some of your favourite books (if you join in please leave me a link so I can check out your book choices).

Today’s Prompt : Shopping – the last book added to your wishlist:

29 Days Remaining

American Rapture by CJ Leede.  This is a book that I’ve read glowing reviews for and would love to pick up a copy in the New Year.

Tomorrow’s prompt: Wrapping paper – a lovely cover

Today is day 2 of my countdown to 2024.  Using a series of prompts each day I will post a book title that I believe fits the prompt.  The aim is to highlight as many books as possible that I read from 2023 and shine the spotlight on them once again (although for some prompts I will be looking at future reads).  A list of prompts can be found here if you wish to join me in counting down to 2024.

Today’s prompt: Shopping – the last book added to your wishlist:

Fourthwing

Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros – I have been told that this is a ‘must read’ and it seems to have taken the reading community by storm so I’m kind of itching to see whether the hype is deserved.  Have you read this??

SHOPPING (the last book added to your wishlist)

Miss Percy’s Travel Guide to Welsh Moors and Feral Dragons (Miss Percy Guide #2) by Quenby Olson.  A book that I’m super excited about and hope to pick up in the new year.
