Pirates and Princesses!
Fan Art Up is a weekly feature hosted by Tabitha at Not Yet Read. Details here. Each week I see if I have a book doodle or just a random doodle to place here. This week I’ve read Confessions and the Hunt for Pierre Jnr – I couldn’t come up with any inspiration for a doodle from those two books so instead I’ve gone to one of last week’s reads for inspiration (The House of the Four Winds) and also used the theme for today’s Tough Travel. Hence, pirates and princesses.!
Heck the princess I drew today on my fan art totally fits the tough traveling theme! I’m very happy with the pirates theme you’ve got going now if I could just read House of the Four Winds I’d be happy. just 4 more hours til the mailman arrives – hopefully he’ll have my copy!
I love waiting for the mailman when there are books due!

I’m a fan of skulls (not in a creepy sort of way lol) so I especially like your pirates 🙂
How could liking skulls be creepy!! They’re ace – you should take a look at SF Signal post with all the expected book releases for August – quite a lot of covers in there with skulls! http://www.sfsignal.com/archives/2014/08/sffh-releases-august-2014/

I love pirates.♥ I recently read a book about a woman who is being hunted by a pirate ghost! And after seeing your drawings, I think I’ll try drawing something piratish next time. 😛
That sounds very interesting – was it good (the book with the pirate ghost??)
