Top Ten Tuesday : New-to-Me Authors I Discovered in 2021

TTT

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme where every Tuesday we look at a particular topic for discussion and use various (or more to the point ten) bookish examples to demonstrate that particular topic.  Top Ten Tuesday (created and hosted by  The Broke and Bookish) is now being hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl and future week’s topics can be found here.  This week’s topic is:

The Echo Wife is a book I need to read – sooner, rather than later… 🙂

I really enjoyed that – my first by that author but not my last for sure.

I think I’ve read all of Sarah Gailey’s books! And they have another new one coming out later this year😁

Yes, she seems to be an incredibly fast writer – and very creative by all accounts.

    My post!

I’m having a real love-in with anything Greek myth related at the moment for some reason.

Nice! I love Sarah Gailey — so glad you discovered her this past year! I do want to read All the Murmuring Bones sometime soon. I’d like to get to this Jane Harper book too. I’ve read one of her books so far (The Dry), and have been wanting to read more. Looks like you had some great new-to-you experiences!

I was lucky last year – I had lots of new authors and enjoyed most of them very much. Hope you get a chance to pick up all the Murmuring Bones.
      Lynn 😀

Rachel Hawkins was new for me, too. I’m actually reading my second book from her now.

Great list! I really need to try Jane Harper and Rachel Hawkins.

I really enjoyed both those books. The more recent Hawkins I didn’t enjoy quite as much as the first but that being said it certainly kept me thinking about it long after I’d finished.

I love the way these covers look together 🙂
The Ladies of the Secret Circus is one I need to read soon. I’m in the mood for something a bit similar to The Once and Future Witches and wonder if this might be a good choice.

    • @lynnsbooks

Oh yes, the Ladies of the Secret Circus is really good, i definitely think you would like that one.
      Lynn 😀
