I LOVED The Dragon Republic. I will have to check out these other titles though!

  2. evelynreads1

Ooh I also can’t wait for the dragon republic (even though I haven’t read book one..) and darkdawn!

Darkdawn – so much anticipation that it’s scary!
      Lynn 😀

  3. imyril

The Dragon Republic will be high on my list too. This week is going to slaughter my TBR – you’re reminding me that I’ve not picked up The Ruin of Kings yet too 🙂

  4. Barb (boxermommyreads)

I love how you made your list. Yep, I certainly didn’t have any trouble with this one this week. Mistletoe made my list as well!

  5. Tammy

The Girl With No Face! I’m still giddy over that book, so much anticipation😁 Great list, and I love your idea of just picking the first ten, because otherwise it’s impossible to choose😁

    • @lynnsbooks

Yeah, and I figured the next week theme’s being ‘summer reads’ gives me a chance to add some more of my anticipated reads.
      Lynn 😀

  6. Lisa

I like the look of Mistletoe! And seeing your list reminds me that I really do need to read The Hazel Wood. 🙂

    • @lynnsbooks

Mistletoe looks great and I loved The Hazel Wood so I’m really excited about the second book.
      Lynn 😀

  7. confessionsofayareader

I definitely need to look up some of these books, just based off the covers alone. Great list!

  8. maddalena@spaceandsorcery

Seriously, I will need to ask for a two-month vacation to read all the books in this list I’m eager to see! And I LOVE that Mr. Kindly is featured on the cover for Darkdawn . 🙂

  9. PerfectlyTolerable

Oooh I hadn’t seen the UK Darkdawn cover yet and I love it ❤ I can't wait for Darkdawn!!

    • @lynnsbooks

I really love the UK covers for this series – and this one especially. and, yes, so excited for the final instalment.
      Lynn 😀

  10. Angie Sim

I know we shouldn’t judge a book by its cover but these all look absolutely amazing! (I mean after all, covers admittedly can give insight on the content). Can’t wait and glad I found this blog! Thanks for sharing! 🙂

    • @lynnsbooks

I do love a good book cover and they are the first thing to draw your attention after all. Thanks for visiting 😀

      • Angie Sim

No problem! I’m loving your posts and I agree. While I hate to admit it, it’s the first thing I see when I’m at the library, so it’s hard to not form any ideas based on that.

      • @lynnsbooks

        Exactly and thanks 😀

  11. Nadine - NadsBookNook

Wooooo for The Dragon Republic! Out of all these posts I’ve scrolled through, yours is the first to include it!

    • @lynnsbooks

That is a surprise – I thought it would be everywhere.
      Lynn 😀

  12. Mogsy @ BiblioSanctum

Other than the sequels on here whose first books I haven’t read yet, I’m pretty much looking forward to all of these! And thanks for the heads up about the upcoming Alison Littlewood! That one wasn’t on my radar, but added now!

  13. maxinesobsessions

Darkdawn is my most anticipated release this year. I’m almost nervous to read it though.

    • @lynnsbooks

Yes, I know exactly what you mean – plus I have some sort of issue about finishing series.
      Lynn:D

  14. Nicole Evans

Gosh, pretty much ALL of these are on my list and I completely forgot about most of them for this week’s TTT? Thank you for reminding me of them!!

    • @lynnsbooks

Haha – I’m not sure you should be thanking me really – it seems we want to read all the books but basically it’s not really possible is it! Still, it’s nice to look at them and wish 😀

  15. waytoofantasy

I think I’m also looking forward to about half of these myself. SO MANY BOOKS. It’s tough to say which I’m most looking forward to. On the one hand, I’ve been waiting forever for the sequel to The Girl With the Ghost Eyes…but on the other hand, new Marillier!!!

    • @lynnsbooks

There are such a lot of good books just waiting to hit my TBR – I don’t know whether to be super excited or a little bit afraid.
      Lynn 😀

      • waytoofantasy

I think both–I know that’s how I am because I’m still playing catch up! 😀

      • @lynnsbooks

Me too – I feel like I’m trapped in one of those storylines where you’re running up a spiral staircase that never ends.
        Lynn 😀

  16. jessicabookworm

I don’t know any of these books, but they have some fabulous covers! In particular, Darkdawn looks like it has my cat on it 😀 I hope you won’t have to wait too long to get your hands on them!

    • @lynnsbooks

I hope so too and thanks Jessica.
Your cat must be a cutie – the one on the covers is called Mr Kindly.
      Lynn 😀

      • jessicabookworm

My cat looks a real cutie… shame she doesn’t always act like it 😀

      • @lynnsbooks

Haha – that’s all part of the fun. 😀
