Below is a quick round up of the books I’ve read during April displayed simply in covers.  My month in review will follow shortly (have I got some reviews to catch up with or what)

What a fabulous collection of covers, Lynn:). I look forward to reading your reviews in due course.

I know – I’m so behind with reviews. Need to just sit down and get down to business 😀

You and me, both! It’s all well and good reading 10 books on my bed of pain, but the catch is now writing the reviews…

      • @lynnsbooks

Oh no – why are you on a bed of pain – sorry, must stop on by right now and see what’s going on!! I’ve been a bit out of blogging for the past week, lots behind and only just visiting everyone today.
        Lynn 😀

Borrowed Souls! Definitely my favourite book of April.

    • @lynnsbooks

I probably didn’t love it as much as I hoped – but I think it’s a really good start to what I hope will be a good series. I think I had first book in series syndrome with this one.
      Lynn 😀

Borrowed Souls looks great. Wish I had saw it when review copies went around. Have to library or buy that darn thing soon.

I thought it showed a lot of promise. It didn’t wow me as much as I hoped although it seems to be receiving glowing reviews – like I said, a good start for me but with niggles.
      Lynn 😀

Eek! I had completely forgotten about the sequel to Drake!

I completely forgot about a lot of books! It happens when there are so many that you want to read 😀

[…] Some very good reading this month – I particularly enjoyed Tucker/Staveley and Lotz.  My month in covers is here. […]

I know this will be unintentional, but it does look like you went for a dynamic (there’s lots of movement) cover theme in April 😀

I’ve noticed that each month a number of the books seem to share colours or other aspects – it’s almost like the publishers conspired sometimes!
      Lynn 😀

  7. May: My Month in Review | Books and travelling with Lynn

[…] Another good month for reading.  It probably looks like I’m very behind with reviews but I do have some of these scheduled so it’s not too bad,   My month in covers is here. […]
