Today I’m posting my Weekly Wrap Up and I’m linking up to The Sunday Post over at Kimberly’s Caffeinated Reviewer. Without further ado:
Weekly Update
Hey everyone. How’s your week been? And another week flies by at breakneck speed. We have some bad weather forecast for the next few days so I’ve been in the garden cutting things back and cutting herbs to dry, moving a few pots out of the harshest spots. I’ve managed to squeeze in some blog hopping and catching up, not quite there but its a good start. In terms of reading I read Mazywood by Tananarive Due which is a very good book, maybe not quite as good as The Reformatory (but that’s going to be a tough book to top), but, nonetheless an intriguing combination of historic and horrific and absolutely unique, and I’ve just made a start on The Last Star in the Void by Melissa Caruso.
Next Week’s Reads
Next week I shall be hoping to complete The Last Star in the Void by Melissa Caruso then I shall be picking up Pinfeathers by Christina Henry. Or at least hoping to, but, you know what they say about the best laid plans.

Reviews Posted:
The Wolves of War by John Grwynne.
Outstanding Reviews
- The Raven Scholar by Antonia Hodgson
- This Blade of Ours by Shalini Abeysekara
- Royal Witch by Philippa Gregory
- Mazywood by Tananarive Due
Hoping to see you round the blogosphere this forthcoming week

Mazywood definitely wins the award for the most unique story I’ve read all year! I still haven’t read The Reformatory, sigh. Someday…
