Today Iβm posting my Weekly Wrap Up and Iβm linking up to The Sunday Post over at Kimberlyβs Caffeinated Reviewer. Without further ado:
Weekly Update
Hey everyone. How’s your week been? The dark nights are starting to draw in a little and with the slight change in temperature Autumn definitely feels like its arrived. I managed to post three reviews this week which did feel a little bit busy but I’m trying to not get too far behind. I’ve read two books this week. I completed and loved the Thrice Bound Fool by Christopher Buehlman. I also read The Bookshop Book by Mark Lawrence and I’m now reading (and about a third in) to The House of Cursed Daughters by CJ Cooke.

Next Weekβs Reads
Hopefully complete The House of Cursed Daughters by C.J. Cooke then I shall be picking up Royal Witch by Philippa Gregory. If I stay on track then I will have completed my October books and can make a start on November’s books. The first one, which I’m eager to get to is Wolves of War by John Grwynne.

Reviews Posted:
- A Waltz of Sinister Import by Stephanie Burgis
- The Porcelain Sisters by Daryl Gregory.
- The Thrice Bound Fool by Christopher Buehlman

Outstanding Reviews
- The Raven Scholar by Antonia Hodgson

- The Bookshop Book by Mark Lawrence
Hoping to see you round the blogosphere this forthcoming week
Ooh Royal Witch looks good. I will be on the lookout for your reviewπ

Ooh, I shall look out for your review of The Bookshop Book – I’m looking forward to reading that one!
I hope you love it.

Sounds like you have a wonderful bookish line up, cant wait to hear your thoughts on all of them and I hope they all prove to be hits π€ Wolves Of War is currently proving to be one of those requests that is stuck in limbo for me π I’ll leave it for another week or so as I’m really hoping for a copy but if I don’t hear by a week before release date I’ll probably pull my request as I don’t want a mad last minute dash to get it read π Hope you have a lovely week π₯°
Yes, I understand that point, I’ve been approved for books before now on the day before release. I figured that the publishers are trying to spread the reviews and hype and probably aren’t just concerned with pre release reviews – but it makes me anxious nonetheless.

I’d like to think in that case I’d accept that they can’t be expecting a review in advance of its release but I know what I’m like π
