Once again I am counting down to the New Year, as with the previous years I shall be highlighting at least one book per day to fit the prompt on that given day. I really did love The Everlasting by Alix E Harrow. It really is the perfect book for this prompt because the writing is absolutely delicious and the story really is a feast.

I’ve been hesitant to read this one after not loving Starling House. I’ll definitely keep it in mind since you seemed to enjoy it so much!
I really enjoyed it. At first I thought it wouldn’t be for me but it captured me quite quickly and I loved it.
