Booking Ahead/Weekly Wrap Up

Sunday Post

Books read this week:

So, finally things are starting to calm down a little and I feel like I’m making progress.  I’ve read two of my books this week – Paladin’s Grace and The Maid’s Secret and I’ve started a third.  I’ve posted three SPFBO reviews and have three more left to post this week and I’ve finally managed to start blog hopping and answering comments so feeling positive.

Next Week’s Reads:

Complete Spellbound by Georgia Leighton.  I’ve also made a start on Gifted and Talented by Olivie Blake.

Reviews Posted:

  1. Wolf of Withervale (Noss Saga #1) by Joaquin Baldwin
  2. Runelight (The Aenigma Lights Book 1) by JA Andrews
  3. Gates of Hope by JE Hannaford

I’m behind and haven’t read Gifted and Talented yet, but if you really like it I’ll pick it up for sure. Looking forward to your upcoming reviews😁

My reading hasn’t been great this month tbh but I seem to have had other pressures. Hopefully everything will now be a bit calmer.

I’m curious to see what you think of Gifted and Talented! Olivie Blake has been hit or miss for me thus far.

TBH I had to set it aside for a little while. I can’t make my mind up or not whether to go back to it. We’ll see.

I’m curious what you thought about The Maid’s Secret. I read the first in that series but never carried on with it.

To be honest all three books are good – BUT – the first is the best in my opinion. The second is good. I mean, tbf, the third is good, but I felt like Molly was a diluted version of her past. She no longer feels ‘quirky’.
