Today is day 24 of my countdown to 2024. Using a series of prompts each day I will post a book title that I believe fits the prompt. The aim is to highlight as many books as possible that I read from 2023 and shine the spotlight on them once again (although for some prompts I will be looking at future reads). Today’s prompt: One of your most anticipated books for 2023
For today’s prompt I’ve chosen The Book That Wouldn’t Burn by Mark Lawrence. An absolutely fantastic start to a series – don’t take my word for it – buy a copy and give it a read.
Books and travelling with Lynn 
The Broken Empire and the Red Queen’s War are two of my fave trilogies but I struggled to stay engaged w/ and interested in TBTWB and put it down after about 1/3 of the way. I had several books I looked forward to this year but if I had to choose just one it would be The Tyranny of Faith by Richard Swan. It was even better than TJOK which was brilliant IMO. The final book in this trilogy, The Trials of Empire, is one of my most looked forward to books for next year.
Oh yes, me too, I’m very excited for Trials of Empire. Probably my next read.
