Booking Ahead/Weekly Wrap Up

Sunday Post

I’m trying to get back into the habit of doing a round-up of the week just completed and also take a look at my plans for the forthcoming week.  I rather got out of the habit of doing so but I would like to reinstate this type of post as I feel it keeps me on track.  So, I’m linking up to The Sunday Post over at Kimberly’s  Caffeinated Reviewer.  Without further ado:

Books read this week:

I’ve managed to complete all my November reads and catch up with some October carryovers.  This week I completed What the River Knows by Isabel Ibañez.  I made progress with Empire Vampire and I’ve almost finished The Hacienda by Isabel Cañas.

I still need to read Empire of the Vampire, I can’t wait to hear your thoughts 😁

Well, it’s going slowly, but to be fair that’s because I’m so bad at remembering to put my audio on. I have to get better with this so it becomes second nature.

Empire of the Vampire! Having waited a little before delving into it, you will not have to wait for the upcoming second volume in the series: the hiatus has been sheer torture… 😉

Yep, no wait, I have about 13 hours left on the audio which I figure is about half way through. It’s going slower than I hoped because I’m so bad at remembering to stick my earphones in when I’m doing things.

Looks like a good week of reading. Hope this next week is just as good 😀

Well, my reading has slowed down a little but it’s the time of year and all the things going on.

Ooh, Empire of the Vampire, awesome catch up choice!

Yes, I have a copy of book 2 so I decided to try the audio. It’s going to take a while though – it is a long book and I keep forgetting to listen when I have the opportunity!
