Booking Ahead/Weekly Wrap Up

Sunday Post

I’m trying to get back into the habit of doing a round-up of the week just completed and also take a look at my plans for the forthcoming week.  I rather got out of the habit of doing so but I would like to reinstate this type of post as I feel it keeps me on track.  So, I’m linking up to The Sunday Post over at Kimberly’s  Caffeinated Reviewer.  Without further ado:

Books read this week:

I’ve been enjoying my reading this week.  I finished The Ghosts of Beatrice Bird by Louisa Morgan which was lovely.  I’ve continued listing to Jay Kristoff’s Empire of the Vampire, I’ve still got about 17 hours left – this is a long book!  I also read Good Girls Don’t Die by Christina Henry and I’m a third of the way into What the River Knows by Isabel Ibañez which, when complete, means I’m all up to date with my November review books.

I’m behind with my November review books so I’ll be pushing some to December. I’m curious about What the River Knows😁

My November books are on track but I’m hoping to catch up with some other review books during December, plus some SPFBO finalists.

I’m just finishing it, about an hour and a half left to read so my review will go up soon.

Looking forward to your thoughts on Good Girls Don’t Die. It’s one I only became aware of very recently but liked the sound of it straight away 😀

I’m still getting my thoughts together. I just can’t make my mind up about the ending which felt a little rushed compared to the three main stories – which were really well done.

Hopefully will be reviewing this this week.

She’s such a lovely author. I enjoyed it – it’s not particularly fast paced but it’s intriguing.
