Weekly Wrap Up : 17/03/19
Lots more rain again this week and Storm Gareth! I’ve not had a bad week all told. I’ve tried to get ahead with some of my blog schedule. I’ve updated the Friday Face Off list of themes and also read three books.
My books:
- The Strawberry Thief (Chocolat #4) by Joanne Harris
- The Confessions of Frannie Langton by Sara Collins
- The Dollmaker by Nina Allan
Next week’s reads:
- Holy Sister by Mark Lawrence
- Aching God (Iconoclasts #1) by Mike Shel
Currently reading:
- Holy Sister by Mark Lawrence
Upcoming reviews:
- The Strawberry Thief (Chocolat #4) by Joanne Harris
- The Confessions of Frannie Langton by Sara Collins
- The Dollmaker by Nina Allan
I’d love to know what you’re reading this week.
I’ve had a slow reading week, trying to get through a 500 page book. I’m enjoying it but it feels so long! I’m determined to finish it today and write a review😁
Yeah, I hate it when a book slows me down. My last read was a bit like that – ironically I didn’t dislike it but it slowed me down so badly.
Lynn 😀
Looks like a pretty good week to me! Looking forward to your thoughts on The Strawberry Thief. I really should read more of Joanne Harris’ work. Hope you have a great week a head!
Hope you do too 😀
Thanks, Lynn!
Hoping to get to Holy Sister next week too!
Fingers crossed for a good one.
Lynn 😀
Oh my… don’t those three covers lined up together look PRETTY?? Glad you loved The Strawberry Thief so much and I hope this week’s reads are really enjoyable – and that the weather is a whole lot calmer!
Thanks. I’ve started Holy Sister so fingers crossed. I absolutely loved The Strawberry Thief, it was just gorgeous.
Lynn 😀
I hope you enjoy this one as much as you loved The Strawberry Thief…
Another week as flown by! However I did manage to finish reading Lives of Notorious Cooks by Brendan Connell; I read a fair chunk of The Death of Western Christianity by Patrick Sookhdeo and Little Men by Louisa May Alcott; and I started re-reading Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins. Happy reading! 🙂
You too 😀
