Weekly Wrap Up : 29 July 2018
Hi everyone. Hope you’ve all had a good week with lots of lovely books and other activities. I’ve been trying to catch up with things and actually managed to focus quite a bit this week. I’ve read two books from those I picked out in last week’s weekly wrap up and caught up with some reviews too. So, here’s what I read this week:
- Hunted by GX Todd
- You Die When You Die by Angus Watson
Next Week’s Reads: (I’m going with three again to try and encourage myself – although, let’s just be honest, it’s highly unlikely):
- Bitter Orange by Claire Fuller
- The Tower of Living and Dying by Anna Smith Spark
- Temper by Nicky Drayden
Upcoming reviews: –
- Starborn by Lucy Hounsom
- Envy of Angels by Matt Wallace
- Noir by Christopher Moore
- The Burning Chambers by Kate Mosse
- Wrath of Gods by Dyrk Ashton
- Hunted by GX Todd
- You Die When You Die by Angus Watson
I’d love to know what you’re reading this week.
Bitter Orange looks interesting. I think most of this coming week will be Lady Jane Grey for me. Have. A lovely week!
Ohh, I read a book a few years ago about Lady Jane Grey that I loved. Drop me a link of your review so that I don’t miss it.
Lynn 😀
Will definitely try to remember. Lol. This one is probably unlike any you’ve read. Lol. Much poetic license!!
I cant wait to read your review of You Die When You Die. It’s a series I’m kicking myself for not starting sooner😁
I loved it – it was such good fun.
Lynn 😀
Summers are so hard, with being so busy and a deluge of awesome new releases, it feels like I’m constantly playing catch up while falling even further behind! Congrats on reading 2 out of the 3 books that was your goal!
I’m trying so hard to catch up but something has to give doesn’t it. Too many books and yet good problems to have so….
Yay for catching up! I did a bunch of that myself this week and doesn’t it feel great? 🙂
Right now I’m reading Magic Binds by Ilona Andrews, lots of fun. Hope you have a great week and good luck with your book goal!
Thanks, you too.
Lynn 😀
I can’t wait to read Temper. I think I read more in July than June (which wouldn’t be hard) but probably not as much as I’d like. There’s so many good books coming out and just not enough time!
Yes, I manage to have a few books with the same deadline so I’ll have to see how I get on.
Lynn 😀
After having met the author, I’m interested to see what you make of Bitter Orange, Lynn. Have a great week.
Hopefully will review it shortly.
Lynn 😀
I look forward to it!
