What did you think of One of Us? I just finished it and I’m having to gather my thoughts before I write a review.
Still collecting my thoughts too.
Lynn 😀
Looks like you have a lot of stuff planned out! Summer has been a HOT one here so far but this weekend it cooled down a bit and was really nice out. Still reading Trail of Lightning and listening to Forever Fantasy Online. Both are good so far. Hope you have a great week!
I hope you do too. Look forward to your review for Trail of Lightning – it seems to be receiving very positive reviews.
Lynn 😀
I just finished it last night, loved it!
I also plan on reading Redemption’s Blade this week! Hopefully we enjoy it 🙂
Eek, still not started….
I’ve got about a 100 pages left and I’ve got super mixed feelings. Hopefully you start it soon!
I can’t wait to see some reviews for One of Us because it’s one of my most anticipated, but I’m still cautious about it. I LOVE the cover for Hunted. I’m about 50% in to Christina Henry’s The Mermaid and after that will be reading a YA – Lizzie. Gotta have my Lizzie Borden fix 🙂
Ooh, I liked the idea of reading some Lizzie Borden – I’ll have to watch out for your reviews.
Lynn 😀
Looking forward to seeing your review of One of Us! I’ve been tempted to read it, but want to know a bit more about it first.
It wasn’t quite what I was expecting. My review will be up in a few days. It was a very easy story to engage with and a quick read, I liked the writing, and I was fascinated with what was going on and the sense of tension, but, like I say, not quite what I was expecting. The fantasy elements felt a little down played, more about the message it was trying to relay – which isn’t a problem – I’m still gathering my thoughts as you can probably tell.
Lynn 😀
I’ve also got Redemption’s Blade to read next week – I’m running very behind on my arcs at present, so I look forward to hearing what you make of that one:). Have a good week, Lynn:)
You too Sarah and ditto with Arcs although I’m hopefully starting to make some headway purely by dint of not requesting so many. It could work!
Lynn 😀
That’s what I’m telling myself as I stick my fingers in my ears and sing loudly as I visit the site to post my feedback…
I love the cover for Redemption Blade, so I can’t wait to learn what it’s all about… 🙂
I do like Adrian Tchaikovsky so I’m looking forward to that one.
Lynn 😀
Lynn, over the weekend, I have been completely gripped by historical fiction Eleanor of Aquitaine by Christopher Nicole. Happy reading this week! 🙂
You too Jessica, I look forward to reading your thoughts on the Eleanor novel.
Lynn 😀
Hopefully won’t be too long – only have 3 reviews to catch up with now!
Haha – I was catching up, now I’m falling behind! Reading eh!
Lynn 😀
