I’d love to know what you’re reading this week.
I might start One of Us this week too. I’m about to finish something so I need to pick a new book. Hmmmm
Mmm, which to start first! Decisions, decisions. I do like the sound of it.
Lynn 😀
One of Us and Redemption’s Blade are on my list too, but with July being so busy I don’t know when I’ll get to either of them. So I’m definitely looking forward to your thoughts because I’m sure you’ll have them reviewed before I even start! 😀
Haha – not so sure about that give my record the past month! But, I’m starting to catch up a bit now and get back on track and I’m very much looking forward to both those reads.
Lynn 😀
I’m really looking forward to Spinning Silver. 😍
Oh yes, it was soooo, soooo good.
I plan on finishing Not That Bad by Roxane Gay then picking up Semiosis by Sue Burke. I think I might get to Redemption’s Blade next week as well.
Ohh, I enjoyed Semiosis so hope you do too. And I’m looking forward to Redemption’s Blade.
Lynn 😀
Oooh Spinning Silver! Even though I know they’re not technically sequels, I feel like I should re-read Uprooted before I pick that one up.
TBH there really isn’t any need for a reread – they really aren’t connected. I loved it. Loved. It. It feels like the fairytale retelling that I’ve been waiting for – and three excellent and strong female characters. Wow.
Lynn 😀
One of Us looks so interesting! When you compare something to To Kill a Mockingbird, I’m 100% in. And I was thinking of starting Redemption’s Blade sometime in the next week as well! I’m hoping I can manage to read 4 books simultaneously without my brain cells exploding. 😀
Haha – good luck. I’ve still not read Redemptions Blade but I’m definitely trying to pick it up this week.
Lynn 😀
Lynn, this week I have been reading the swashbuckling Sandokan, The Pirates of Malaysia by Emilio Salgari and historical fiction Eleanor of Aquitaine by Christopher Nicole. 🙂
Hope these all worked out well for you 😀
Thank you 🙂
