Weekly Wrap Up : 2/4/17
This week is a very quick wrap up because I’ve already completed a monthly wrap up (here).
So, simply to say that this week I’m hoping to read these two wonderful looking books:
The Path of Flames by Phil Tucker
Borrowed Souls by Chelsea Mueller
And, finally, my cover highlight this week:
This is going to be one of my next reads too and I can’t wait! Β Plus checkout the most excellent cover:

How was your week? Β What you currently reading?
2 April 2017
I love the look of both these books, Lynn. I do find myself yearning for many of the books that you feature on your blog – we seem to have similar tastes in many ways:). Have a great reading week – it seems to be turning out to be an excellent year for you to date.
I think we seem to have very similar reading tastes too π I often find myself wanting the books on your reviews – I must admit that all the bloggers I regularly read now I think have a bunch of books in common which is perhaps why I have almost a hundred books on my wishlist alone! I will never, ever, catch up. Unless I move to a tiny island, with a huge trunk of books and no wifi.

Oh I know! I really have to grit my teeth not to rush over to Amazon and buy the books I see. And then… sometimes I do!
Ah, Skullsworn, I hope you enjoy it, though while that is a most excellent cover it is the US, could have represented for the UK too!π
Yeah, unusual not to have two covers although I don’t suppose all books do so.
Lynn π
It does have two covers, that’s why I made an ill attempt at sarcasm that you only posted the US one, the UK one is quite green in colour with a sword on the front, God I’m nerdy to know that!π At least neither have a jacked random guy with roided abs on the front like that Abercrombie book you did for the face-off on Friday.π
Haha – you were too subtle for me and it completely did a fly by! I will go and check out the other cover – I had no idea there were two and now I’m all intrigued.
Lynn π
Ohh, I’m not feeling the UK cover half as much – do you like? The guy on the Abercrombie cover – well, I saw that and simply had to post it! Who was he and what the heck was he doing on that cover?
Lynn π
I actually like both covers, think they both look really smart though with the UK one, there does seem to be quite a few covers recently going for a sword/weapon on the front, some, like The Faithful and the Fallen series it works really well for, but others like this one, I don’t know, while nice, it just seems a bit generic.
Lol, haven’t a clue about the Abercrombie cover, it made me smile though!π
We should do a funniest cover FFO!

I can’t wait to hear what you think of Skullsworn. I loved it (my review will be on TSH on Tuesday)
I’m so looking forward to starting that one – I think I saw on GR that you said you were loving it – so excited!
Borrowed Souls has a cool cover. I can’t wait to here some thoughts.
I’m about a quarter in – nice weather at the weekend unfortunately means lots of outdoor work, gardening and starting the spring clean up and less time for reading.
Lynn π
I’m about a third of the way through Skullsworn – goodness, I just LOVE Pyrre!
I’m so excited to start it – I know Lisa loved it so I can’t wait.
I’m so stoked to read Borrowed Souls, can’t wait to hear what you think of it! With that cover and that premise it has to be great, right? π
I’ve not read very far, about quarter into the story – interesting concept indeed so far.
