#artitupwithfriends : Recap

Yesterday brought my #artitupwithfriends challenge to an end.  I did hope to post something every day and in that respect I didn’t quite make it – I think I missed three or maybe four.  Still, there are some absolutely gorgeous pieces by others that can be checked out using the above hashtag.  Anyway, I won’t be inflicting my silly sketches on you all for a little while at least!  Here’s a recap:

I love seeing these all together, awesome job Lynn! It looks like maybe you added color to some of them?

    • @lynnsbooks

Some of them had little bits of colour – it’s mainly determined by what I have on hand because I’m not an artist so don’t have lots of tools of the trade as it were!
      Lynn 😀

And a good time was had by all! 🙂 Love the keyhole to Middle Earth and The Little Prince landscape and ……

Some quality artwork, I really like the one’s with Dude in, damn my soft spot for animals! 😊

    • @lynnsbooks

Haha – I always think I should do a regular Dude sketch – that’s my dog so I definitely have a soft spot for him and it makes me smile doing those silly sketches and calling them Dude’lls.
      Lynn 😀

  4. Joey @ thoughts and afterthoughts

Still a worthy accomplishment, Lynn! I loved scrolling through my feeds and seeing some interesting art to cut through all the book-related shenanigans I follow haha — you should continue with this!

    • @lynnsbooks

Aww, thanks Joey – I quite enjoyed myself and had fun with it. It’s just a completely different thing to get caught up with. I think there’s another one in June – I should perhaps try a few but not challenge myself to complete one each day!

  5. Lisa (@TenaciousReader)

This is so great! Love seeing your art 🙂

  6. Mogsy @ BiblioSanctum

Good job! I doubt I could have kept it up for a week, and yet you did it for a full month! I love seeing them all laid out like this, you’re very creative 🙂

    • @lynnsbooks

Haha – I had fun to be honest, I liked trying to come up with something (usually at the last moment). I missed about 3 or 4 towards the end because we went away.
      Lynn 😀

Actually I will be missing this daily discovery, wondering what I would find for the new day’s theme… It’s been a fun, delightful journey, thank you!!!!

  8. jessicabookworm

It is lovely to see them altogether and the ‘secret garden’ one is still standing out as my favourite 🙂

    • @lynnsbooks

Thanks Jessica – that one does stand out now you mention it – probably because of that little snippet of colour.
      Lynn 😀

  9. Ioana @ booksreenchanted
