Name that movie (3)

2016scifiexp300

As part of Stainless Steel Droppings 2016 Sci Fi Experience which runs through 1st December to close of January (details here) I’m going to blog a quote (or two) from a different sci fi movie each day.  See if you can guess the film.  Yesterday was of course Avatar:

Today’s quote – only one as I think this is a massive giveaway:

Now remember, walk without rhythm, and we won’t attract the worm.’

I wonder what it says about me that the first thing I thought of was the Fatboy Slim song (though the lyric was a reference to this film!) Now I’m going to have a dancing Christopher Walken stuck in my head all day long.

Keep it up, I love these! 😀

I know – it’s been stuck in my head – what does it say about me that I love that Christopher Walken dance routine! I could watch it right now..

I sadly didn’t know the Avatar quote and I don’t know this new one either! (although I do now have the Christopher Walken dance in my head now!) I look forward to seeing what film it is.

Ah, one of my favorite books! Yes, I know we’re talking about movies here 😀 but neither Lynch nor the tv mini did it justice…
    Pass the spice, please… 😀 😀

(did I tell you how fun this is already?)

I read this book such a long time ago! I should actually revisit it.

OK, I saw the answer first. I’d like to think the worm reference would give it away for me, but I can be dense sometimes 🙂

Hrmmmm the only sci-fi-y worms I can think of (and my favorite worm monsters) prefer sand…

Haha – yeah, that film’s already been on here – although no harm in having a good film more than once!
      Lynn 😀
