Tags: Movie quotes, the 2016 Sci Fi Experience

As part of Stainless Steel Droppings 2016 Sci Fi Experience which runs through 1st December to close of January (details here) I’m going to blog a quote (or two) from a different sci fi movie each day. See if you can guess the film.
‘Swing away Merrill. Merrill… swing away.’
‘Don’t open my pantry, Father. I found one of them in there and I locked him in.’
I haven’t a clue, but they make awesome (and in the second case, slightly disturbing) fiction prompts 😉
It’s a pretty good quote isn’t it!
Lynn 😀
I was talking about this film just the other day!!
Hehe – it has some pretty funny moments in it!
The tin foil caps XD
Haha, yes!
This movie made me afraid of cornfields 😉
There’s a conspiracy about cornfields – they’re always in films, and they always make you scared!
Lynn 😀
I got nothin.
Haha – Signs.
No clue on that one. This is a fun idea!
It’s Signs. I love that film.
Lynn 😀
Of course – I am also reading books! Review for The Machinery up soon and currently reading Lock in – which would you believe I bought this time last year!
LYnn 😀
No clue about the movie as well, but I *love* the idea! Keep going 🙂
Yes, can I make it all the way through the month – the gauntlet is down!
Lynn 😀
Aw I love Signs 🙂
I know – difficult to choose a quote, so many!
Lynn 😀
I love when he’s in the cupboard under the stairs watching the television “move children, move!” 🙂
I love that bit. And the bit where the little boy has the sci fi book and he’s reading parts to his dad and then he stops reading because his dad ‘had a tone’.
Haha yes! I am going to have to watch it again now!
This whole quotes thing is making me want to watch all the movies!
