Art it Up. This is a meme hosted by Tabitha over at Not Yet Read. The idea being to see if you can come up with some 
inspiration for a little sketch or doodle from your last week’s reading or just anything else in general. My recent reading includes Black Heart by Holly Black – this is a series about curse workers whose magic can be transmitted through touch. Their magic is illegal and therefore curse workers must wear gloves at all times. Hence this sketch. Where did the gloves go? Why are there no gloves?

The Fall of Man?
Nice sketch! I haven’t come across this meme before. I love the idea, but I’m not great at drawing, even from life (and definitely not from my imagination), so I’ll just enjoy yours.
Thanks. Well, sometimes I try and create something – and those are usually the ones i like best, others are either doodles of my dog or just copies of things – like these hands which are Leonardo Da vinci hands (well – a very poor imitation at least) You should give it a go. Doodles are the best – nice and easy, 10 minutes. I’m definitely not a serious drawer but it’s actually quite relaxing.
Imagine wearing gloves all summer! Love the inspiration & the sketch though 🙂
Oooh, no. I don’t want to think about wearing glove in summer – I’m pretty much always warm so that would definitely be too much 😀
