Me too – I’m really looking forward both those. Both look a bit unusual and I don’t know what to expect.

I’m reading The Mechanical right now. It’s one wild and interesting book. I am so pumped and traumatized by some of these crazy events I just read, I’m loving it.

Wow – I’ll have to promote it then!!! Sounds very intriguing.

I am pleased to see you’re enjoying your reading and hope you enjoy your new books too. I will be particularly interested to see your thoughts on A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J Maas as it caught my eye on Netgalley.

I’m really keen to read that one – I love reading about Fae! Have you read it?
      Lynn 😀

I haven’t I’m afraid I have too many Netgalley books to get through so didn’t request it. I am waiting (not very patiently) for the next instalment of The Unfinished Song which is about Fae though.

That dratted Netgalley – it’s just too tempting!!

I love some of these covers! I was disappointed in Nightfall Gardens, though. I’m eager to hear what other thought of it.

Ha, I hadn’t realised you’d read that – I think it’s been out for a while yes? Will give it a shot. The only hesitation I had was the intended age of audience as I get the impression it’s fairly young centred? Which is okay providing it has the detail that I look for.

Oooh, I’ll be interested to hear what you think of The Iron Ghost! I just picked up a copy of The Copper Promise from work this week, so hopefully I’ll read it in March. I’ve got a good feeling about that series! 🙂 Of course, A Court of Thorns and Roses is going to be amazing! I have heard so many good things about it. Apparently it’s very sexy and dark, so how could it be bad?!

    • @lynnsbooks's avatar lynnsbooks

I just read The Iron Ghost which I loved. I think you’ll like it – Wydrin – what a great character. I think if anything I preferred No.2 to No.1!
A Court of Thorns and Roses looks great doesn’t it – I was so pleased to get approved for that one. Sexy and dark – want to read it NOW!
      Lynn 😀

Wolf Winter looks intriguing and I’m very excited to read a review of The Damned.

    • @lynnsbooks's avatar lynnsbooks

I’m really looking forward to Wolf Winter – it looks very moody and atmospheric! The Damned was great – good writing, quite compelling and I thought creepy!
      Lynn 😀

        What’s Wolf Winter about?

      • @lynnsbooks's avatar lynnsbooks

TBH – I’m not really sure!! I won the book (which makes me very happy of course) and I do like the sound of it – very atmospheric and foreboding. I think it involves a murder mystery. I’m looking forward to it.
        Lynn 😀

Awesome. I hope you’ll post a review once you’ve read it.
