I’ve got 15 library books out and probably 100 books I’ve bought over the years to read… On my next trip to London, I’m popping into a Japanese book store to get more novels… I think I’m set.

My addiction is taking over my life – I really, really, REALLY need to stop buying. I can’t read fast enough 🙂

I know – I don’t have the time to read – I’m too busy buying!

I really hope you’ll enjoy Initiate by Tara Maya as I sort of feel responsible as you found out about it on my blog 😛

I’m sure I’ll love it – we share a lot of books in common after all!

Kushiel’s Dart is one of my all-time favorite books. I look forward to seeing what you think of it. I keep thinking I want to do a read along of this book, but am a little afraid to see people tear it apart.

I bet I’m going to love it – I’m really looking forward to it to be honest. Going on holiday on Saturday and will be taking this to start on the flight out!

I must admit I’m quite excited to read this now with so many great recommendations.

oh are you in for some wonderful reading! Swordspoint is one of my all time favorite novels, A Natural History of Dragons was amazing, American Elsewhere will knock your socks off, and really, anything by Joe Abercrombie and Iain Banks is a winner.

Swordspoint is on my World Without End challenge and Iain Banks I have as one of my classics. But, regardless of challenges or not I only ever pick the books I really want to read! I know that sounds kind of crazy but I do take other people’s recommendations on board quite a lot – like yours. So I guess I’m lucky.

Terry Pratchett – I wanted to read one of his books but not a series – trying Good Omens right now, the book he co-wrote with Neil Gaiman but I’m just not that into it sadly, it was fun for a while but now it feels like things are dragging on….
    Any recommendations?

I must admit that I’ve shied away from the discworld series because there are such a lot of books however you don’t need to read them all. I’m reading a section of books at the moment that deals with witches and in particular Tiffany Aching. I think there are only four books in that particular series. There also seems to be a few standalones and a number of books about Guards which people seem to like.
A bit like you I started out quite strong with Good Omens but then it just lost it’s appeal and I don’t really know why!

Now that I’m in my new flat that is much smaller I don’t think I’ll be buying any books anytime soon. half of my books are still in boxes. Need to come up with a solution soon!

Youll have to build a mezzanine just for books, or use rhem as furniture! A stack of books for a table. I saw one person who used the spce under the stairtreads. Couldnt do that at my place as the stairs are all wrapped up in carpet! Im sure youll come up with some cunning solutions. After all needs must when the devik vomits into your kettle!
