For the month of May I am going to try and take part in a daily drawing challenge organised by @pabkins and @badaliceshop. These will only be sketches but if you check out the #artitupwithfriends hashtag you’ll see some really excellent pieces of art! Each day the aim is to sketch or draw using the word for the day. Today is ‘Masks’! This is a sinister and sweet themed month. Tomorrow’s prompt is ‘Midnight’.
Today is a sort of continuation of yesterday’s dark princess – I’m going with ‘Snow White the Cannibal’ – if that’s a bit too much for you there’s a little happy sketch below – to help you forget the first image!

Yeah, feeling kind of bad for Snow White – so I’m going to leave her alone now I think. Masks was such a perfect image to her Dark Princess though!

Yeah – I know what you mean! This is Snow White – is nothing sacred? No more snow white pics!!

Phew – thought i’d gone a bit far with poor Snow White there – but it’s the other part to yesterday’s drawing and in context together they sort of fit! Still, no more Snow White!

I just watched Snow White today (it came up on the Disney Junior channel my daughter always watches) so now I’m looking at this and I can’t stop laughing 😀
I’ve not been very nice to her – it was a follow on though (in my defence) and I do love the Disney films – no more nasty now!
